Donny has
supervised emergency equipment installations with The Texas Dept. of Public
Safety - Fleet Operations Service from 1997 to 2005. With the TxDPS, Donny had
been the technical supervisor over the installation of (on average) 900
vehicles yearly for the Traffic Law Enforcement as well as the Criminal Law
Enforcement, Drivers License and Administration Divisions.
These vehicles
range from Highway Patrol, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, K-9, Drivers
License, Dive Team, Safety Education, Texas Rangers, Narcotics & Governor's
Protective Detail units, boats, armored personnel carriers, undercover units,
special service vehicles for the Governor of Texas, as well as surveillance
vehicles.
Donny also has
experience in the installation of base station radios & command consoles;
solar powered radio repeaters, and emergency power generating equipment.
In March 2005,
Donny became the technical supervisor of electrical/electronic systems for the
Texas Department of Transportation – Herbicide Vehicle Program.

supply parts or equipment. You are ultimately responsible for the equipment
that will be installed in your vehicles. D & M Sounds can make suggestions
on what equipment can be used to outfit your vehicles with.

& M Sounds - emergency equipment installation service is ONLY an
aftermarket installations service.
D
& M Sounds - emergency equipment installation service installs only on
ground based vehicles. (We do not install equipment in Aircraft or other
vehicles that require special licenses to repair & maintain that vehicle.)

& M Sounds - emergency equipment installation service will assist in the
diagnoses of malfunctioning aftermarket systems that were added to the vehicle,
and will repair any problem (or replace any part) that is inoperative, but we
do not repair individual parts/systems. (with few exceptions)

& M Sounds - emergency equipment installation service warranties its
"installation service", not the equipment installed. Your equipment
is warranted by its respected manufacturer.
